INGREDIENTS: 1 sheet of puff pastry
Packet of spinach
7 -8 cherry tomatoes
Packet of mozzarella cheese
Tbs of garlic butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
METHOD: Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and place in a big bowl along with the other ingredients, mix well with your hands untill the mixture is combined. Spread out the pastry sheet and add the spinach mixture to the middle, fold the pastry over and pinch together at the sides to make a parcel, make a few “air holes” at the top and brush with a little milk.
Cook in a hot oven 200c for approx 30 mins or untill golden brown.
